'Deathfist Ninja GKaiser' is an affectionate parody of Japanese tokusatsu (special effect) shows like Kamen Rider and Super Sentai (known as Power Rangers in the US). The film also parodies American pop culture from the 80's and 90's. SERIES SYNOPSIS: In the distant past a Dark Overlord of the Universe attempted to conquer the parallel world Manga-Land. The Gold Dragon, protector of Manga-Land, defeated the Dark Overlord by sacrificing his own body. Now it is the present day and the Dark Overlord has reincarnated as a mega maniacal software company executive, forming the Legion of Spooky Doom to once again threaten the peace of the world. Responding to the threat, a wizard who serves the Gold Dragon tries to summon a 'hero' to take on the mantle of GKaiser, a human vessel for the Gold Dragon's power.....but instead fumbles the spell and transports a 'zero' from our world: luckless loser Howard.
